Free Consultation Call
We'll schedule a complimentary 15-minute call to answer your questions, learn about your goals, and confirm we're a good fit for each other.
Complete Intake Paperwork
Once you decide to move forward, we'll send you a brief intake form to complete before your first session. This helps us make the most of your time together.
Your First Session
Your first session is a chance to get to know your provider, share your story at your own pace, and begin building a plan that's tailored to your needs and goals.
Rates & insurance

Individual Therapy
Contact us for current session rates. A sliding scale may be available for clients experiencing financial hardship.
Mediation Services
Mediation fees vary based on the complexity and duration of the engagement. We'll provide a clear estimate during your initial consultation.
Corporate & Organizational Consultation
Consultation packages are customized to your organization's needs. Contact us for a tailored proposal.
Insurance Accepted
We accept insurance from most major providers in both Florida and Georgia. Please contact us to confirm your specific plan and coverage before scheduling.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. If your insurance is not yet active in your state, we can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt you may submit to your insurer for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
